Time for reflection/return
Vanwege gezondheidsoverwegingen, hygiëne, veiligheid is het niet toegestaan om lenzen te retourneren.
Mocht het item nog aan de voorwaarden voldoen, mag de retour gestuurd worden binnen 14 dagen. De voorwaarden lees je hieronder. Stuur gerust een e-mail naar info@thedezzyfactory.com om meer informatie te ontvangen over het retourproces of gebruik ons retourportaal https://dezzys.shipping-portal.com/rp/
As a customer you must pay the shipping costs of the return (only from you back to us). Please note: you are responsible for this shipment. Packages with a stamp do not always arrive. It is therefore advisable to send your item with track and trace. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that have not arrived.

Wil je een product ruilen? Je kunt hiervoor contact opnemen met info@thedezzyfactory.com. Wel draag je zelf de kosten voor terugzending van het product.
If you want to return your order, please follow the following steps:
1. Contact us at info@thedezzyfactory.com. Vermeld in de e-mail dat je de contactlenzen wilt retourneren. Vermeld in de e-mail ook jouw volledige naam, bestelreferentie, datum van ontvangst, de productdetails (kleur, type, etc.) en het nummer dat je wilt retourneren.
2. Je ontvangt een e-mail met de adresgegevens waarnaar je de producten kunt retourneren en het bedrag dat je voor de producten kunt terugkrijgen. Stuur de producten. (zorg ervoor dat het product / de producten in een stevige envelop worden verzonden en het adres duidelijk wordt vermeld.) The Dezzy Factory is niet aansprakelijk voor verloren gegane retouren. Schrijf jouw eigen gegevens in of op het retourpakket zodat we kunnen weten van wie het afkomstig is.)
3. Je ontvangt het bedrag van jouw retour binnen enkele werkdagen op je rekening.
Our manufacturer produces annual lenses. The actual life of the lens can be influenced by usage, temperature, storage method. The experiences of our customers show that the lifespan with daily use is between 6 to 8 months. We do not accept any liability.
Return conditions:
– The costs for return shipment are for the consumer's own account.
– Returned products must arrive unopened, clean and in good condition.
– products can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
What we do not accept returns:
- Sale items may not be returned or exchanged
- Items that have not been returned to us within 14 days of receipt
- Items that have been worn/used
- Items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging
- Items with strange odors & damage

Defective item
Did you receive a product that was damaged? How annoying! Report this immediately within 24 hours by sending an email to info@thedezzyfactory.com or via our WhatsApp service +31 6 18729671. Mention your order number, product name and send a photo of your complaint in the attachment. We will look into it as soon as possible and come up with a suitable solution.
Please note: it is important that you let us know within 24 hours if the item is damaged (due to the lack of plausibility that the damage was not caused by yourself). As soon as you report this later than 24 hours, the warranty expires.
